Lorraine Buell is the Commission’s Mediator/Intake Officer. She joined the Commission’s team in February 1998. She is an Islander and a member of the Canadian Payroll Association and the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals. She is a Commissioner of Oaths and Panel Clerk at Human Rights hearings.
Lorraine received her Business Administration at Career Skills, Executive Office Administration at Holland College and Conflict Resolution Studies at University of Prince Edward Island.
Lorraine resides in Stratford with her partner Donnie. She has four children: Scott (Amanda) Tweedy, Nick Tweedy, Amanda Tweedy and Vanessa (Mitch) Lebreche. She also has eight grandchildren Maxine and Bo Tweedy, Emilyn and Ella-Rae Tweedy, Everly and Levi Miller, Madden and Tenley Lebreche.
